We will be releasing our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, 2020 1897 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc and 2020 Brut Rose. Ring of Fire will be serving fresh organic bruschetta and 3 cheese stuffed mushrooms, watermelon salad with mint and feta, organic arugula with Meyer lemon, olive oil, and parmesan to support the main event of Brisket sliders, spicy chicken prawns, hanger steak, and lamb. This is an event not to be missed!
Seating is limited (with COVID precautions).
Reservations are required. $20/club member which includes new release tasting and food. Wine by the glass or bottle available for purchase.
The nose opens with a bold rush of ripe blueberry and dark chocolate, unfolding into a rich tapestry of toasted oak and forest fruits. On the palate, the wine delivers everything the nose promises — and more. It’s layered, expressive, and intensely structured, embodying the power and elegance that define Howell Mountain.
Electric pink is the perfect introduction to the freshly risen bread dough, ripe strawberry and lemon blossom aromas.
This wine leads with aromas of fresh grapefruit and yellow tropical fruit with undertones of lemon curd and tangerine blossom. The palate is bright and lively redolent of orange grapefruit, hints of slate withlong rich finish

The purple ruby color is the perfect introduction to this deep, complex wine. Notes of black plum, oolong tea and earthy lichen. The palate is silky and herbabaceous.
This wine is dark and serious, a worthy tribute to the land grant it's named after. It is a keeper and will reward the patient over the next 15 years.
