Your host will guide you through the historical gravitational winemaking process and which uses handcrafting processes resulting in unique qualities in the wine compared to modern day vinification. Lounge in our historic second-story fermentation area once the heart of the early winemaking operations, now reimagined as a relaxed lounge setting. During this guided tasting, you will explore our current release wines while learning about our blending techniques, vineyard practices, and the history behind the 11th oldest Napa winery founded in 1897. Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a curated charcuterie board to enhance your understanding of food and wine harmony.
